Mod Security Rules

Took me some time to come up with these rules. They are all the rules at gotroot.com but only the useful ones. Seems like most of the rules on those are for old outdated crap, cgi scripts no one uses, etc; So I gathered up all the useful rules for a basic web hosting server with php/mysql sites, awstats, and a few cgi scripts.

The rules for apache 1
