Here is a patched tarball of the grsecurity 2.6.22.9 fixed against the new vmslice exploit. This is the last known kernel to work with CSF as they have not updated it yet to work with 2.6.23 and up, With this new patch it should be secure as grsecurity normally is

I dont guarantee anything but I can say they have worked for me on every machine. Always use your grub save-default once in case it panics. make sure you check the proper config options and uncheck anything you do not need.
